Allow to select to display custom fields on Bookings screen.
I would like to be able to choose to display attendees phone numbers on the booking screen so I can see them at a glance.
This could also be very useful to display a custom field here as well, so I could use this to add important information (i.e. balance owing) so I can see this immediately when looking at the bookings screen.
