- 1Option to exclude the "Feature Image" being auto listing on "Single Event Gallery"Is there any solution to exclude the "Featured Image" automatically listed in the Gallery? Details: The 1st image showing on the gallery of the event page will automatically added with the "Featured Image", how we don't actually want it to be included within the Gallery, as the Featured Image was already used for showing as the header banner Key Visual. P.S. The senior Customer support agent define the problem as a specific feature, and suggested me to submit as a feature request here, but actually this could be a bug report as well, since the gallery auto list an item that the user didn't selected.
- 3Set Photo Aspect RatioEspecially in the carousel view, photos with different aspect ratios make for a incongruent presentation. Adding the ability to pick a photo size or aspect ratio would fix this. There are other areas were this would probably improve display as well.
- 1Implement the "performer" structured data properlyCurrently, uses the Speaker module to fulfil the "performer" data. Not a great solution as not all events have a speaker. I use this for live music events and they would be a single artist or group. There isn't an option to change the performer type from Person to PerformingGroup. - 1Remove Microsoft Teams meeting from ics downloadWhen we download the ical/outlook export, if someone opens it in outlook. a teams meeting is automatically attached. Please remove this, as some events are hosted elsewhere and this is extremely confusing to event participants.
- 1add event time to simple style monthly view skinI would like to request a feature to add a Display Option to the Edit shortcodes settings for the Calendar/Monthly skin using the Simple style so that the time of day of an event is displayed next to the event title. As examples, I show part of my Google calendar and a corresponding Simple/Monthly image from my website. Looks like I can only add one image here so I will show the Google one. Thank you.
- 2Provide option to show event time in monthly calendar viewThe Simple style of the Calendar/Monthly View is an example of a monthly view that gives the titles of events for each day. I would like to have to option to add the time to this a monthly view. Calendars I use in Windows, Linux and Android provide this. I would like to have it in my website. I'll attach an example from my Google calendar shown in a web browser. I've been told my Webnus support that the time is available as a tool tip. I don't expect users to look for the time there as that sort of functionality shows up only when people are fishing for information. It would be better to have it directly visible in the monthly view. This option could be provided as a toggle in the display options settings like the current option for "Include Local Time" is. Thank you.
- 1Recurring events just on workday/weekendsWhen planing an event which is on the same date every recurrence, once a week/month/year. It would be nice to be able to have a setting where you could say that this is just to be on weekdays. So if the date happens to be in a weekend, it would automatically be moved to the first coming weekday.
- 1The ability to cancel one booking date with the multiple booking options.Currently if you sign up for all available dates for a yoga class for example. Then if you can't make it to one and you refer to the email link to cancel it cancels the rest of the classes you have signed up for. It would also be nice if you could have a quick cancellation button on the front end so you don't have to try and go back and find your email in order to cancel your class.
- 1Solve Tickets Overselling IssueI have a customer who sells event tickets, however they they do not fully process their order straight away. They check all orders manually before processing the payment. So orders for events (and products) sit with a status of 'On Hold' in WooCommerce when the customer goes through the checkout, and stays as 'On Hold' until my client manually checks them. Then when they are happy, they move the order to 'Processing' so the payment is taken and then finally the status goes to 'Completed'. In MEC using the 'WooCommerce Integration for MEC' plugin it seems that an event order does NOT reduce the tickets remaining until the 'Completed' stage. This causes problems as event oversell, particularly at weekends when the client sells but does not monitor the sales closely. Can there be an option added for the tickets to be reduced when the cart is completed and the order moves to 'On Hold' to prevent overselling of tickets?
- 1Different accesses for APPWe believe that it would be positive for each of the organizers to only have access to the data of their event, in a mobile application to verify the tickets, since otherwise there could be confusion between the different organizers. In addition, it would also be nice to be able to create extra access for event staff who perform ticketing at the event entrance. Finally, indicate on your mobile the type of ticket you are scanning in case there are different types of tickets at the event.
- 1Custom payment optionWe use an external voucher provider. Therefore, it would be nice to have another and separate option for payment other than PayPal and "On location". Currently we have to integrate a user-defined field with a long explanation into the order process for this option.
- 1Extended AppIt would be great if the app could also display seat numbers and payment status. That would make the ushers' work easier. Localization in different languages would also be great.
- 2Conditional Fields on FormsHow is this not a feature already? Have dynamic/conditional fields. Example: If field A = 123, THEN Show field N OR IF field A = ABC THEN Hide field N Conditional fields to show/hide other fields and require/not require other fields.
- 1Ticket-Area: Show LOCATION with related DATEMissing Feature, which may also be a Bug in the Usability: Now you can create an event with a sequence of different repetitive dates and also define different Locations for each of the dates. i.eg: Roadshow for a Product. Jan 5th in Melbourne, Feb 5th in Munich March 7th in New York. (which is super convenient) BUT The Issue: In the Ticket Section of the event you see only the Dates, and NOT the Location. Even when selecting the Date in the dropdown, there is no change in the information. User still sees Location Melbourne but selected March 7th. This can cause huge confusion. So we need to manually ad an Information Box to the Event: Take care, this date is at this location... SOLUTION: Ad the Location Information in to the DropDown of the Ticket Checkout Process.... - 1Waiting list, limt time to confirmIt would be very useful if people had a limited time to confirm their attendance if they are the next one on the waiting list. What happens now is that if a person is next in line, they get an email to confirm, but if they don't confirm, that spot is lost. We would like that spot to go to the next person in line if they don't answer within a certain timeframe.
- 1Ability to add tracking code or integrate with Facebook PixelThe ability to add a code (UTM, Facebook Pixel, etc) on the registration form would be useful so we can track campaigns being sent to these events, otherwise, we are wasting money on the campaign and have no true insight on how it is performing. Another idea would be to be able to add a Facebook Pixel integration.
- 1Edited Events Require ReviewWe would like the change to review an edited event before it is published. Currently, once you approve an event, any changes made to the event by the user are applied without going into pending mode. This could lead to a lot of inappropriate things being shown in the calendar.
- 1Ticket Numbers per OccurrenceIt is already possible to edit ticket price and price label per occurrence but it would be useful to change the number of tickets available as well.

- 1Cancellation time adjustmentThe modification of cancellation time for bookings should it be possible for each event individually not globally. Because for example, I have different rules for Yoga courses and for workshops, or other events. May be it´s possible the other have the same problem if they have to handle kind of different events with cancellation times as well. Thank you

- 1New location fieldSometimes I create events that happen in a new LOCATION. So, I have to create that LOCATION as a new taxonomy. But that LOCATION, I will never use it again, and many LOCATIONS accumulate that I will never use again. Is it possible to add a LOCATION field to an event without creating a new taxonomy?
- 1Event colors in Grid View Novel StyleIdea is to add possibility in Grid View Novel Style to change the event color, so the background color of event boxes (see attached image) be different depending on which color was chosen for each event in admin section. - 1Add "Sold Out" to SEO Schema / Event StatusIt would be good to have the status "Sold Out" in the Event Status section. Previously I've been using the event labels to indicate when an event has sold out but it would be good to include this in the event status function. I find none of the other statuses are suitable when the event is sold out. That way it can be used on occurrences.
- 2Dynamic pricingThe ability to update the price depending on given functions. For instance, if the clients books up to 3 tickets it costs €60 per person, if they get 4 tickets it's €55 per person. If they buy 5 it's €49 per person, and if they get 6 or more, its €45 per person.
- 2Boolean for variations (yes/no instead of number)Currently, the user has to pick a number of "ticket variations" they want to add. Sometimes it isn't a matter of how many do you want, but do you want it or not. There is a workaround by limiting the number to a maximum of "1", but it isn't a very user-friendly solution. It would be good to simplify it by adding the option of this field being a yes/no boolean question, or a button to add the service. Rather than a number input.
- 1Partial payment as an option for the customerCurrently the "partial payment" option is activated for everyone. It would be good to have it as an option for the customer, so they can decide wether they want to pay the full amount upfront, or they want to make a partial payment and then pay the rest on-site.
- 1REST API & WebhooksWe're living in an interconnected world and thus it should be easy to share data among applications - or in this case, booking data with outside tools. So, Webhooks (incoming and outgoing) and a REST API to create bookings in MEC and retrieve booking, event and client data etc from MEC are a must.
- 1Add a sold out banner or tag in the event single page.When an event is sold out the general view of all event has a "sold out" tag visible to the customers but the single event page does not. It would be create if there was an option to display "Sold out" on the single event page at the top of it so that customers do not have to scroll all the way to the tickets to discover the event is full.
- 1Add Price Discount After Certain Number of Tickets PurchasedIf the normal price of a ticket is $50, we'd like to start a discount (dollar amount or percentage) at 3 (or any fixed number of) tickets. Meaning, that 1 ticket is $50, 2 tickets are $100 ($50 x 2), but 3 tickets are discounted by $10 each to $120 ($40 x 3)

- 1Zapier integration should allow for all data piecesI want to be able to export locations, speakers, descriptions, event categories, event labels, tags, # of attendees, the actual attendee lists (so I can do pivot tables later)...all the availabe data pieces should be exportable.
- 1Display the remaining tickets in the backend for an eventAt the moment, in the backend it is the total number of tickets that is inputted. So the number of tickets remaining is "total - booked" but that is not displayed anywhere in the backend. It would be great to either have the number of tickets remaining on the backend event page or to be able to input the number of tickets remaining rather than the total. It would save having to either navigate between back end and frontend to get that information or having to make the mental calculation of total - booked.

With the current setting we generate a lot of empty invoices when we give out a lot of free vouchers. This is a nightmare for our accounting, due to empty invoices and big leaps in Invoice-Numbers.

- 1Multiple payment amount optionsIt would be really nice if people could either pay the deposit or in full for an event. It doesn't make a lot of sense that y'all only have one option for people who require a deposit 30+ days prior and full payment within 30 days. It's too much of a manual pain to try to change each event each time it is within 30 days of signing up.

A lot of these run in term time only and so we have to add exception dates individually to the events for every day during school holidays. There are more than 100 holiday dates per year and we have hundreds of events that are term time which as you can imagine adds up to a lot of exclusion dates... - 4Tick mark for fully booked eventsIt would be very helpful to mark individual events in the backend as fully booked or only a few places left. In the calendar view it should be possible to display this very clearly with different colored backgrounds.
- 2Room Reservations: locations have rooms so multiple events can take place in a location in seperate rooms, and rooms can be booked (and paid for) on the front-end by anyoneExpand locations to include rooms. Events are scheduled in rooms. There can be many rooms in 1 location. Rooms are hierarchical so a big room ABC can be subdivided into smaller room A, room B, and room C. When an event is occurring in room A, you are unable to schedule an event at the same time in room A or room ABC, but you can still schedule an event at the same time in rooms B, and C. Create a new Room Reservations add-on that would allow the public to reserve a room for use (think co-working spaces) as long as it's available and not in use by a scheduled event or someone else's reservation. Admins can set different fees for different rooms, fees for how long they need the room, etc. Or it can be free. When using the front end submission form for events, users should be able to see when other events are taking place in a mini calendar or list somewhere before they set the time/location/date of the event they're submitting so they don't double book. Existing events should be grayed out, not public to preserve privacy. Existing events should also include drafts. Each room should have fields like maximum capacity, available configurations, set-up & clean-up time buffers (all turned on or off and set up by admin, globally and per room).
- 1Add information about event categories and organizers in reservationsHi, I'm writing because it would be interesting in the section of booking made by users to be able to add the information of the category and the organizer of the selected event (in the wordpress backend). Right now only the information of the person making the booking, the name of the event and the selected day appears, but I think it would be important to have the option of whether or not to add the organizer and the category in the users' booking information, because help to order the bookings more easy. - 2Show Total Tickets Sold Per OccurrenceThere is no way to see how many tickets are sold for each date (occurrence) of an event. Currently, the only way we can determine the total number of bookings for recurring events is to manually add up the attendees. It's not very efficient and opens the possibility of errors. When we look at the Sold Tickets column on the All Events page, it shows the total number of tickets sold for all dates, all time. Not very useful. When we go to Bookings and filter by Event and Occurrence, we can see a list of attendees, but there's no total number of bookings sold. There should be some way to see the total number of bookings per occurrence.
- 3Add clickable “sold tickets” column in MEC backend event listIn MEC events list backend, there is a colomn “sold tickets”, but could you add feature to click on the numbers in this columns (number of tickets sold) in order to see the list of attendees (just how it is working for the calendar view on backend) so that we can also manage/see check-in on this side please.
- 2Edit check-in status directly on MEC Invoice listOn the MEC invoice list page, there is a “CheckIn Status” column, but it is impossible to edit checkin status form the list. You have to click on each invoice name and then manually check each person individually. - 1Refresh calendar without reloading pageI am looking for a solution to update the calendar in the frontend without having to reload the page. Very similar to when the user clicks on "Reset Filter" in the filter widget, simply without resetting the filter. Ideally, there would be another button for this that could be enabled in the shortcode settings and/or a globally available Javascript function that could be triggered via a custom snippet.
- 7Add pre-event attendee report emailsI would like some way to use MEC (with whatever add-ons) to automatically generate an attendee report (list of attendees, money collected, etc.) and email it prior to an event — with multiple options being available, for example an email X days before the event, and another X hours before the event. Right now, I am manually exporting CSV files, cleaning it up in Excel, and making a PDF for our event staff. This is work that should be automated! I've tried looking though your documentation and various add-ons, but I haven't quite seen what I need. Can you let me know if you have a solution for this?
- 1Advanced Location > Show only one Eventin list if repeatingIf an recurring event is assigned to a location, the list on the Advanced Location details page quickly becomes very full and confusing, as every date of this event is displayed. It would be great to display only one list entry for recurring events here (just like it is possible in the shortcodes)?
- 2Ticket Position OrderingFor the Invoice/Tickets Add-on it would be great to be able to rearrange the order of tickets once they are created. Currently, to add a new ticket I am forced to have that ticket at the bottom of the list when I really want it in position #2. As it stands now I will need to recreate all of my tickets to get them in the order I desire.
- 2Ticket CategorizationFor the Invoice/Tickets Add-on I would love to be able to sort tickets by type visually. For most of my events, I sell admission tickets as well as sponsorships. I would love to have those two different types of tickets separated by a tag, badge, or title bar. Right now admission tickets and sponsorship tickets are all mixed together and really should be visually seperate.

This represents a serious logistical problem since it is very possible that whoever is in control gets confused and there are people who enter without having paid, in addition to making precise control impossible due to the unchecking of the user that happens in turn. It is essential that the app notifies that someone has already used the QR previously.

For example, I am holding an event with 25 tickets and want to see that attendee 1 has received ticket 1, attendee 2 has received ticket 2, etc. This would give me an overview of how many tickets have been sold and how many are left, if I have to make changes to a "booking". I can use this information if an attendee wants to move their attendance to another date. It would also be a good thing if you could simply and easily move the participant's participation date, now well knowing if it is possible since there is more "tickets" left. And... In your export function it would be great if you could select the column data you wanted and not just get everything at once. For example, I only use 4 of the columns. - 1SubscribersI am using eventon now on another. The problem with it is a lot of plugins they have dont work on my other site. I try to contact them and their response is it works on their site. So it must be us. The one thing that does work (kind of) is subscribers it emails out when an event is added along with the flyer when a new event is added. It is supposed to email only to the events they chose but it sends all of the events that are added. Adding the code to the user event notifications would be helpful.

- 2Allow customers to join in and pay part way through a recurring eventWhen customers currently pay for a recurring event, for example a series of 10 yoga classes, they pay one time for the whole series. They currently cannot join in and pay part way through after the series has begun. It would be useful to allow people to book late and pay pro rata. For example, they join in on class #3 and pay 70% of the total. Perhaps the organiser could cut off late bookings from, say, the 4th class so as long as classes 1-3 are still available, anyone can book 3-10, but someone trying to book classes 4-10 cannot book. It's too late. An option might also be to raise the price for late bookers: If someone books all 10 classes they pay 100%. If someone books from classes 3-10 they pay 90%. It is very common for people to book late and I've had this conversation recently with several clients including a yoga teacher and kids holiday activity classes.

This creates chaos when managing websites, calendars, events, etc. Depending on what User Roles people have and their permissions, this becomes a nightmare from a managerial standpoint and needs to be corrected. Additionally, once an Event has been synced, during the next Cron Job it should only "check for changes" and just update an event that may have been updated on the calendar side rather than re-syncing all events thus overwriting anything that may have been updated at the site level. This needs to be sorted out because every single one of our clients are having an issue with this.

Expired incurring event dates have to be deleted from time to time since they clutter space and reduce manageability. The booking lists can be an important business reference and should be retained in the same way as old MEC tickets and orders.

When searching with the search bar, it is always a problem that if an event is in the neighboring city of the searched city or just outside the border of the searched region, no event is found. But there might be a solution: The 'Very Advanced Map', which should look like this: - When you zoom into the 'Very Advanced Map', all or the selected events/organizers/places of events are displayed as small pins (the events, organizers, locations of events in different colors). - In the sidebar only the events/organizers/locations that are in the zoomed region are displayed (see this map as an example of how the feature should be: https://wildnet.earth/en/schools) - It is also possible to display only the events or organizers or locations in the map by default. In addition, site users can toggle to show only events, organizers or venues, or all together. - For recurring and multi-day events, all events are displayed - not just one of them, as is the case now. - Event search can also be limited to a specific time period, one or more categories/ keywords/ tags/ labels.

- 1Please create a "Price per occurrence date" featureThe actual "price per date" feature takes the current time (booking time) into consideration for calculating the event price during the booking process (early bird price). For a recurring event this is almost useless, even though I've seen such a request in the poll. In my case (a private garden) I have an event which is recurring every week for the whole year, and I would like its price to vary across the seasons, having a base price for summer months and different prices if the occurrence falls within some range of dates. I need a feature similar to the "price per date" that takes into account the occurrence date of a recurring event instead of the booking date. Like the actual "price per date" feature I could insert a from and to dates to define one or more periods specifying a price different from the base ticket. Choosing the event single page or directly a booking link from a shortcoded calendar, the booking process should calculate the event proce according to the occurrence date chosen. To summarize, if the recurring event ticket base price is 20$, I would like to set it to 15$ if booked for and occurrence date between 1/1/2002 and 3/31/2022 and between 11/1/2022 and 12/31/2022. To achieve this I patched the actual "price per date" changing just a little code in the following file of the 6.2.7 version of MEC, substantially by modifying the second parameter of the calls to book-> get_tickets_prices: modern-events-calendar/app/features/books.php modern-events-calendar/app/libraries/book.php modern-events-calendar/app/libraries/skin.php modern-events-calendar/app/modules/booking/steps/tickets.php modern-events-calendar/app/modules/booking/steps/form.php but I lost the original "price per date" feature (which for greater clarity should be called "price per booking date")... Can you please develop such a new feature or modify the existing one "price per booking/occurrence date" in a future release? Thank you

- 2Yearly View to include a Limit setting for the number of Events to appearThe Yearly View needs to include an option to set a Limit (as other views currently have). So that you can set the number of Events that will appear before the user has to select 'Load More'. Currently the default is to display 20 Events for the year which isn't a lot, so when you are at the end of the year you have to select 'Load More' several times before you see the relevant events.

The speaker that is not included on any of the in-person categorized events should not be seen as an option to choose if the customer searching for events already selected in-person events in the search box.

- 1Discount with Woocommerce addonWoocommerce addon Since events are only created as virtual products, it is not possible to use discount addons from Woocommerce. This makes the addon worthless to me. It would be nice to be able to say: If you book an event you will receive the yoga mat with a 20% discount. If you book 5 events in the "Yoga class" category you will receive a discount of 30% on these events and if you order my newsletter you will get a free yoga class and if you book a yoga class for the first time you will receive a massage ball as a gift. All of this in different combinations. All of this is possible with Woocommerce Discount addons, but not with the MEC addon.

With dates in past or future its very annoying scrolling date picker twice! Think about it as you would be a customer. Please! And thanks
