- 6Conditional logic in formsPlease consider including simple conditional logic in the registration forms.
- 6Option: Don't show multi-day event as multiple occurrencesCurrently, when defining a multi day event, every day is displayed as a single occurrence. This conflicts with recurring events, where we only want to have one occurrence per recurrence.
- 6Ability to change time for individual days within recurring seriesI would love to be able to add one recurring event which starts at different times through the week. For example: an event that starts at 5.30pm through the week but 3.30pm on Sunday - all under the same event.
- 6Start Ticket Sale on specific dateIt would be great if there was an option to publish an event, but have the ticket sale start at a specific date. This feature would be the opposite of the "Stop Sale" option currently available. This feature would be particularly useful for events that are planned well in advance, but the ticket sale needs to start at a later date. It would allow organizers to promote the event and generate interest in advance, while delaying the actual ticket sale until the appropriate time.
- 5Filter/Sort Events by Sold Out/Available StatusPlease add the feature in the search bar to filter/sort events by sold out/available status. It is very unsatisfying for users to scroll through 30 sold out events just to find one which is available.
- 5Add pre-event attendee report emailsI would like some way to use MEC (with whatever add-ons) to automatically generate an attendee report (list of attendees, money collected, etc.) and email it prior to an event — with multiple options being available, for example an email X days before the event, and another X hours before the event. Right now, I am manually exporting CSV files, cleaning it up in Excel, and making a PDF for our event staff. This is work that should be automated! I've tried looking though your documentation and various add-ons, but I haven't quite seen what I need. Can you let me know if you have a solution for this?
- 5attendees list easy accessHi guys, I am a big fan of your plugin, I have tried 4 booking systems, including the event calendar but found yours to be the most multi-diverse one, just a quick note, i found it easier on other plugging to access the attendees list by clicking on email so we can email it directly from the plugin on wp to whoever needs to manage the attendees of the event rather than downloading a list an email it back, especially for people like me who have to manage 17 sessions a week, , i hope this will be something u will work on in the future. thanks again enjoy your day

- 5[MEC_fes_list] Shortcode to filter Expired events[MEC_fes_list] Shortcode which allows your site to show members in the front end, a list of events they have created, which is a great feature. However the shortcode does not have an extension to allow the list to filter out expired events. This would vastly improve the feature so the member only sees their upcoming events rather than all events that have been created by them.
- 4Hourly Schedule Speakers: Display which speakers are available to add by tag / search to avoid long listsOrganise by tag or make speakers searchable before adding to schedule. Currently - to add a speaker to hourly schedule (advanced Speaker Addon I think) - ALL the speakers show. This will soon become unmanageable (e.g. we will be having lists of more than 100 speakers). Many of the speakers are not relevant to specific events.
- 4Event GalleryI would like the ability for the FrontEnd Submission form to allow them to use images from the current media files on the website or upload their own. As of now, they can only upload new images. I have a ton of product images already they could use and I don't want duplicates of images I might already have.
- 4Add events to Google Calendari want to request a function to be able only to add future events to the Google Calendar. The problem is that also when i only select future events from the list that the selection is not kept. The selection is only temporary. A function either to sync only future events or that the individual selection will not be reset to all.
- 4Bulk move event registration to new eventIf an event has been cancelled, there should be an easy way to move existing registrants to another similar event without having to do them individually.

Like it was done when an event is sold out, you ave a little lable that appear saying "fully booked". We need the same thing but with a lable that says "event cancelled for : xxx"
- 4Category CSS Classes in calendarThe monthly view/simple style is the only one that has a tooltip when you hover. We would like the option to add a unique background color to each event in that monthly calendar view based on its category. At the very least, can you add a CSS class for categories for each event wrapper so we can target it in our CSS to add unique category colors?
- 4Attendees list visible and exportable on Manage Event screenMake Attendees list visible (and exportable!) on the Manage Event screen. Many of our events are created by members; it would be extremely valuable to us and them in terms of time-saving and workflow if they were able to go to their own events and see/download the RSVP attendee list. This would also be extremely useful for Ticketing/Booking.
- 4External Ticket vendor linkMake it easier to create ticket links that take the user to an external site. Many of our clients do not sell their own tickets. Many artists (musicians) we work with need to link each of their concerts to an external ticket link - in most cases that of the venue. We're currently "bastardising" your "link" options, renaming the "more info" field / button. But a much neater solution would be for you to simply add a section for external ticket URL.
- 4AFTERPAY INTEGRATIONHi, can you please add an Afterpay integration to the "Stripe" payment method for bookings? Stripe has documentation for this type of integrations, so that should make it easier to add and it would be beneficial for customers.
- 4expired events cleanup?I have been told that events are only manually deleted. Can there be a way to auto send expired events to the trash?
- 4Attendees list in frontendIt should be usefull to access to attendees list per event from frontend for enabled users. The frontend page shoud be enabled or not per single event
- 4Percentage and amount for feesThis would be used in the instance of processing fees; for example, Stripe charges a 2.9% + $0.30 fee per transaction. It would be nice to add that on to the ticket fees in order to recoup that fee.
- 4Booking Form Fields Input ValidationThe Booking Form fields should support input validation, or allow integration with Form plugins that have input validation. The MEC Email field already has this, and the MEC Phone field only allows numbers, but all of the other fields don't have any kind of input validation. For example: If I ask for an attendees phone number with the MEC Phone field, the user can only enter numbers. But, I can't set a limit to the amount of numbers the user can enter. Meaning an attendee can easily enter incorrect information. It would be great if we would be able to define our own input validation, such as maxChar, minChar, allowed characters and such. If this is too much, then at least support integration with Form plugins that have input validation built-in.
- 4Organizer and Speaker Text with ElementorWhen using elementor to build a page, and inputting the Organizer and Speaker widgets, the descriptions are missing. Please add an option to see all the information about the speaker and organizer on single page with elementor.

- 4Please add a placeholder for payment gateway commentI was astonished, that this is not possible yet: Please add a placeholder for the payment gateway comment. in many cases it is absolutely necessary to show the bank account (set in the gateway comment) in the booking confirmation email. Upton now there is a placeholder %%payment_gateway%%, which shows the name of the getaway, for instance bank transfer. Another placeholder %%payment_gateway_comment%% is needed. Thank you!

- 4Dashboard for organizersIt would be very valuable if organizers could view the tickets sold specifically to their venues. My client has a show that tours across the country. He partners with local organizers/hosts to host the show. He would like to allow the local host to view the sales analytics for their locations. Currently, MEC has a very powerful "advanced reports" add-on. However, it is not appropriate for local organizers to view. A shortcode to display local sales would be great! Thanks.
- 4Automatically trash events on endRequesting a setting to move an event posting to the trash after it expires.EventON had this feature and I found it useful to keep things organized. I know MEC has the option to hide the event after it ends, but hoping I can have it automatically moved to the trash as well.

- 4RSVP Automated Email Reminder Before EventIt would be extremely helpful to be able to send all event RSVPs a reminder email 24 hours before their event with all of the event details.
- 4Purging of old events and bookingsWe retain old events and bookings for about 12 months because we often have to refer to historical info, but this causes the database to bloat. We would like the ability to purge all events and related booking prior to >date< but for the bookings (and their related event title and date) to be exported to a csv file that is emailed to given email addresses before the purge happens. You can do it manually but it's a complete pain, because you have to export both sets of data and do a lookup to get the event title and date onto the bookings file
- 4Tick mark for fully booked eventsIt would be very helpful to mark individual events in the backend as fully booked or only a few places left. In the calendar view it should be possible to display this very clearly with different colored backgrounds.

- 3'Very Advanced Map'In the Advanced Map, you CAN'T select an area by zooming in the map to view the events in the displayed region. With the expanded map, you can ONLY search for events by using the search bar to display the found events on the map. And with the advanced map, ONLY ONE date of recurring and multi-day events is displayed! In addition, unfortunately, the organizers can not be displayed at all in the Advanced Map. When searching with the search bar, it is always a problem that if an event is in the neighboring city of the searched city or just outside the border of the searched region, no event is found. But there might be a solution: The 'Very Advanced Map', which should look like this: - When you zoom into the 'Very Advanced Map', all or the selected events/organizers/places of events are displayed as small pins (the events, organizers, locations of events in different colors). - In the sidebar only the events/organizers/locations that are in the zoomed region are displayed (see this map as an example of how the feature should be: https://wildnet.earth/en/schools) - It is also possible to display only the events or organizers or locations in the map by default. In addition, site users can toggle to show only events, organizers or venues, or all together. - For recurring and multi-day events, all events are displayed - not just one of them, as is the case now. - Event search can also be limited to a specific time period, one or more categories/ keywords/ tags/ labels.
- 3Show Returning and Multiple Day Events in Map ViewRight now returning events and multiple days don't show up on the map. Right now i have an event running for 5 weeks with shows every day. But it is not shown on the map because the first day is now in the past. This happens for MEC Pro and the Advanced Map Plugin. This can't be the idear of the map to hide events and make it not visible for the website guests. So just like on the list skin: pls make returning and multiple day events listed on the map view!
- 3New RSVPs to be a trigger in ZapierMEC can integrate with Zapier. This is great because it means when you create or modify an event, or when someone makes a booking that information can be sent to Zapier and thereafter sent to thousands of other web applications. But it's unfinished business. MEC also allows visitors to RSVP for an event. Which is great functionality to have with MEC. Not every event has a ticket or costs money, but organizers still need to know how many people to expect. But RSVP information can't be sent to Zapier. Create a Trigger in Zapier for when a new RSVP is created in Modern Events Calendar. Make the RSVP's name, email, event title, number of guests available to Zapier.
- 3Post linked to an eventIs there a way to mix events and regular wordpress's posts? My client needs to make a create posts news and events, and that everything appears as posts. For example, in archive post it should appear all posts mixed with MEC events or with any post widget, it should always appear both. Maybe the best would be to, when creating a post, be able to linked or assign the post to a previously created event
- 3FES Form - access to media library for Featured ImageI would really like to use FES because some of our event managers struggle with the backend UI/UX But there is one major obstacle. While I can access the media library at A, where I don't need it, I can't access it at B, where I do need it. We reuse images a lot because we have events that are repeated at intervals (not in a pattern that would allow us to use the repeat event feature.) This means that event managers have to maintain a local library of images they can use and then add the image repeatedly, clogging up the library with unnecessary duplicates That seems like a fairly simple change since the functionality already exists on the Add Media button
- 3Custom Fields on Booking Form available to ZapierIt's great that I can modify the Event Booking form by adding all kinds of fields. It's great that I can send booking information to Zapier and to hundreds of other applications after that. But right now, MEC doesn't allow me to send Zapier any of the data from the custom fields on my booking form. Only MEC Name and MEC Email.
- 3Add ability to Export/Import Organizations and LocationsWe are using the calendar on 2 different websites and we want to export all of the organizations and locations into spreadsheet to then be imported into the other website. Currently we have to do it all manually which is super time consuming.
- 3Copy function for frontend submissionsFor users who submit events in the frontend, it would be a useful feature if you could clone/copy an existing event. I imagine that this will open the pre-filled form just like when you edit an existing event, but when you click "Save" a new event will be created.

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR =================== When a repeating event has started but is not ended the single event listing displays as ONGOING with the current date for event urls specifying the date. Example url: https://marketsandstallholders.com/events/tamworth-country-music-festival/?occurrence=2023-01-19 However, for ONGOING events the single event listing displays the next occurence date for the general event url (ie url not specifying the date) Example url: https://marketsandstallholders.com/events/tamworth-country-music-festival/ RATIONALE for FEATURE ===================== In previous MEC versions the general event url displayed as ONGOING with current date but this changed since version 6.8.5 or earlier. For any user viewing the event using the general url (eg if they previously bookmarked it or have googled the event while it's occurring) they will see the next occurence date which is confusing. We regularly have many users googling on the day of event to find out details about the event with the Google SERP (Search Engine Result Page) listing the general event url. Currently, users who visit the general event url will be confused when the next occurrence date is displayed instead of the current date.
- 3Messaging AttendeesOrganizer and fellow attendees should be able to message each other once they're booked. It would be helpful to message the entire booked list in one message/email to update on event details, cancellation, etc. Would also be helpful for other attendees to be able to message each other.
- 3Set defaults on importIf you want to import events from an ics file or from a Google calendar, the source might be missing or have incorrect data, e.g. organizer, event categories, author etc. To be able to define or correct these parameters, it is necessary that the import dialog is extended with the corresponding controls.
- 3Payment gateway MOLLIEMaybe you can forward also the possibility of creating an additional gateway for payments via MOLLIE. (www. mollie.com) This is a company (like Stripe) which is located in Europe.

- 3Sort Report listWhen I open the Report function the events are sorted in the sequence they where created which is not nessesarily the sequence of the calendar dates they will happen. And when I'm checking a course it is always the upcoming day and looking through all the items on the list is a bit time consuming as I do this frequently. I would suggest: - Sorting this list according to date and show the upcoming courses as the first once - Even if you could create a filter option so that I could choose amongst the Events labels so that I can focus on the type of events that are relevant for the particular search. - Any feature of the event (not just date or Events label) that you can think of would be great to be able to filter on in the Report section
- 3Enable Exceptional Dates for Google Calendar ImportWe have had issues with recurring events in our Google Calendar (which has some exceptional dates) not importing correctly to ME Calendar. It keeps all the recurring dates instead of reading that there are some of those recurring dates that have been removed from the Google Calendar. When I've tried to use the Exceptional Days feature in the event in the back end of our website in ME Calendar is warns me that because this event is imported from Google calendar any modifications I make will be overridden in the next import. This means that instead of being able to use the recurring events feature in Google Calendar and have it be imported correctly to MEC. We have to add dates in manually in Google Calendar for the entire year (leaving out the dates when the event doesn't happen) in order for it to show correctly in ME Calendar on our website. As you can imagine... super time consuming and frustrating. We'd like for MEC to be able to read recurring events from Google Calendar imports and be able to correctly import and read the exceptional days too as a part of that recurring event too.
- 3Create different accounts for multiple attendeesWhen a booking is made, an account gets created for the main attendee. However if there are multiple attendees, also only the first one gets an account created. Is it possible to have an account created for every attendee that books?

- 3Show (ticket) price incl. VATFor events and tickets, it would be great to show the price including VAT (or whatever else you add in the settings). This is how it usually works for end-users on other sites. It's weird to not show them the final price they're gonna pay right away. Maybe just add a little checkbox for that? Thank you!

This represents a serious logistical problem since it is very possible that whoever is in control gets confused and there are people who enter without having paid, in addition to making precise control impossible due to the unchecking of the user that happens in turn. It is essential that the app notifies that someone has already used the QR previously.

Every week I update the next event to specify the content that will be covered in that event exclusively. I need to update the event title, slug, and featured image of a single event in a series. Your competitor, The Events Calendar, makes this possible by asking if the user wants to update a single occurrence or the entire series. If the user selects "update single occurrence" then that event is separated from the series and all updates are exclusive to that event, rather than the series which leaves future events in the series unaffected.

- 2Allow customers to join in and pay part way through a recurring eventWhen customers currently pay for a recurring event, for example a series of 10 yoga classes, they pay one time for the whole series. They currently cannot join in and pay part way through after the series has begun. It would be useful to allow people to book late and pay pro rata. For example, they join in on class #3 and pay 70% of the total. Perhaps the organiser could cut off late bookings from, say, the 4th class so as long as classes 1-3 are still available, anyone can book 3-10, but someone trying to book classes 4-10 cannot book. It's too late. An option might also be to raise the price for late bookers: If someone books all 10 classes they pay 100%. If someone books from classes 3-10 they pay 90%. It is very common for people to book late and I've had this conversation recently with several clients including a yoga teacher and kids holiday activity classes.

- 2Zoom link in Add to CalendarAll my events are virtual events and the only way to get the zoom link to show in Add to Calendar/calendar entries is to put it in the location field. But if it's in the location field it shows on most of the display options - not just ugly but also makes no sense from a functionality point of view. So, can you please add the Zoom link to the Calendar entries? Another option would be to offer the option in shortcodes to "hide location", although that would require setting up a new location for each zoom link which needs to be tidied up later, so it'd really be just a workaround. If "Add to Calendar" does not contain the Zoom link, it's useless. And it's a shame because it's a great plugin.

Here are some other metrics that would be nice: Average Time on Page (How long they are on an event page), Top Traffic Source (Which event has the most views), Device source (Phone, Desktop, etc), and Interactions per Visit (What they clicked on). - 2Enable Exceptional Dates for Google Calendar ImportWe have had issues with recurring events in our Google Calendar (which has some exceptional dates) not importing correctly to ME Calendar. It keeps all the recurring dates instead of reading that there are some of those recurring dates that have been removed from the Google Calendar. When I've tried to use the Exceptional Days feature in the event in the back end of our website in ME Calendar is warns me that because this event is imported from Google calendar any modifications I make will be overridden in the next import. This means that instead of being able to use the recurring events feature in Google Calendar and have it be imported correctly to MEC. We have to add dates in manually in Google Calendar for the entire year (leaving out the dates when the event doesn't happen) in order for it to show correctly in ME Calendar on our website. As you can imagine... super time consuming and frustrating. We'd like for MEC to be able to read recurring events from Google Calendar imports and be able to correctly import and read the exceptional days too as a part of that recurring event too.

Currently, the only way we can determine the total number of bookings for recurring events is to manually add up the attendees. It's not very efficient and opens the possibility of errors. When we look at the Sold Tickets column on the All Events page, it shows the total number of tickets sold for all dates, all time. Not very useful. When we go to Bookings and filter by Event and Occurrence, we can see a list of attendees, but there's no total number of bookings sold. There should be some way to see the total number of bookings per occurrence.

- 2Room Reservations: locations have rooms so multiple events can take place in a location in seperate rooms, and rooms can be booked (and paid for) on the front-end by anyoneExpand locations to include rooms. Events are scheduled in rooms. There can be many rooms in 1 location. Rooms are hierarchical so a big room ABC can be subdivided into smaller room A, room B, and room C. When an event is occurring in room A, you are unable to schedule an event at the same time in room A or room ABC, but you can still schedule an event at the same time in rooms B, and C. Create a new Room Reservations add-on that would allow the public to reserve a room for use (think co-working spaces) as long as it's available and not in use by a scheduled event or someone else's reservation. Admins can set different fees for different rooms, fees for how long they need the room, etc. Or it can be free. When using the front end submission form for events, users should be able to see when other events are taking place in a mini calendar or list somewhere before they set the time/location/date of the event they're submitting so they don't double book. Existing events should be grayed out, not public to preserve privacy. Existing events should also include drafts. Each room should have fields like maximum capacity, available configurations, set-up & clean-up time buffers (all turned on or off and set up by admin, globally and per room).

We have demo'd three competitor event software that fully integrates, creates rooms, and two-way syncs all zoom details with events. With a team of presenters creating 30-50 events per week, the current method allows for LOTS of error and the opportunity for the zoom details to be incorrect. - 1Solve Tickets Overselling IssueI have a customer who sells event tickets, however they they do not fully process their order straight away. They check all orders manually before processing the payment. So orders for events (and products) sit with a status of 'On Hold' in WooCommerce when the customer goes through the checkout, and stays as 'On Hold' until my client manually checks them. Then when they are happy, they move the order to 'Processing' so the payment is taken and then finally the status goes to 'Completed'. In MEC using the 'WooCommerce Integration for MEC' plugin it seems that an event order does NOT reduce the tickets remaining until the 'Completed' stage. This causes problems as event oversell, particularly at weekends when the client sells but does not monitor the sales closely. Can there be an option added for the tickets to be reduced when the cart is completed and the order moves to 'On Hold' to prevent overselling of tickets?

- 1Please create a "Price per occurrence date" featureThe actual "price per date" feature takes the current time (booking time) into consideration for calculating the event price during the booking process (early bird price). For a recurring event this is almost useless, even though I've seen such a request in the poll. In my case (a private garden) I have an event which is recurring every week for the whole year, and I would like its price to vary across the seasons, having a base price for summer months and different prices if the occurrence falls within some range of dates. I need a feature similar to the "price per date" that takes into account the occurrence date of a recurring event instead of the booking date. Like the actual "price per date" feature I could insert a from and to dates to define one or more periods specifying a price different from the base ticket. Choosing the event single page or directly a booking link from a shortcoded calendar, the booking process should calculate the event proce according to the occurrence date chosen. To summarize, if the recurring event ticket base price is 20$, I would like to set it to 15$ if booked for and occurrence date between 1/1/2002 and 3/31/2022 and between 11/1/2022 and 12/31/2022. To achieve this I patched the actual "price per date" changing just a little code in the following file of the 6.2.7 version of MEC, substantially by modifying the second parameter of the calls to book-> get_tickets_prices: modern-events-calendar/app/features/books.php modern-events-calendar/app/libraries/book.php modern-events-calendar/app/libraries/skin.php modern-events-calendar/app/modules/booking/steps/tickets.php modern-events-calendar/app/modules/booking/steps/form.php but I lost the original "price per date" feature (which for greater clarity should be called "price per booking date")... - 1Fix Google Calendar SyncingCurrently, importing events from a Google Calendar apparently can't be updated on the website after they have been imported, and changes made to an event after the fact on the website has that information deleted/removed after the next Cron Job is run. This creates chaos when managing websites, calendars, events, etc. Depending on what User Roles people have and their permissions, this becomes a nightmare from a managerial standpoint and needs to be corrected. Additionally, once an Event has been synced, during the next Cron Job it should only "check for changes" and just update an event that may have been updated on the calendar side rather than re-syncing all events thus overwriting anything that may have been updated at the site level. This needs to be sorted out because every single one of our clients are having an issue with this.

So it must be us. The one thing that does work (kind of) is subscribers it emails out when an event is added along with the flyer when a new event is added. Details: The 1st image showing on the gallery of the event page will automatically added with the "Featured Image", how we don't actually want it to be included within the Gallery, as the Featured Image was already used for showing as the header banner Key Visual. P.S. The senior Customer support agent define the problem as a specific feature, and suggested me to submit as a feature request here, but actually this could be a bug report as well, since the gallery auto list an item that the user didn't selected.
- 1Set Photo Aspect RatioEspecially in the carousel view, photos with different aspect ratios make for a incongruent presentation. Adding the ability to pick a photo size or aspect ratio would fix this. There are other areas were this would probably improve display as well.
- 1Implement the "performer" structured data properlyCurrently, uses the Speaker module to fulfil the "performer" data. Not a great solution as not all events have a speaker. I use this for live music events and they would be a single artist or group. There isn't an option to change the performer type from Person to PerformingGroup. - 1Provide option to show event time in monthly calendar viewThe Simple style of the Calendar/Monthly View is an example of a monthly view that gives the titles of events for each day. I would like to have to option to add the time to this a monthly view. Calendars I use in Windows, Linux and Android provide this. I would like to have it in my website. I'll attach an example from my Google calendar shown in a web browser. I've been told my Webnus support that the time is available as a tool tip. I don't expect users to look for the time there as that sort of functionality shows up only when people are fishing for information. It would be better to have it directly visible in the monthly view. This option could be provided as a toggle in the display options settings like the current option for "Include Local Time" is. - 1Recurring events just on workday/weekendsWhen planing an event which is on the same date every recurrence, once a week/month/year. It would be nice to be able to have a setting where you could say that this is just to be on weekdays. So if the date happens to be in a weekend, it would automatically be moved to the first coming weekday.
- 1The ability to cancel one booking date with the multiple booking options.Currently if you sign up for all available dates for a yoga class for example. Then if you can't make it to one and you refer to the email link to cancel it cancels the rest of the classes you have signed up for. It would also be nice if you could have a quick cancellation button on the front end so you don't have to try and go back and find your email in order to cancel your class.
- 1Custom payment optionWe use an external voucher provider. Therefore, it would be nice to have another and separate option for payment other than PayPal and "On location". Currently we have to integrate a user-defined field with a long explanation into the order process for this option.
- 1Extended AppIt would be great if the app could also display seat numbers and payment status. That would make the ushers' work easier. Localization in different languages would also be great.

- 1Ticket-Area: Show LOCATION with related DATEMissing Feature, which may also be a Bug in the Usability: Now you can create an event with a sequence of different repetitive dates and also define different Locations for each of the dates. i.eg: Roadshow for a Product. Jan 5th in Melbourne, Feb 5th in Munich March 7th in New York. (which is super convenient) BUT The Issue: In the Ticket Section of the event you see only the Dates, and NOT the Location. Even when selecting the Date in the dropdown, there is no change in the information. User still sees Location Melbourne but selected March 7th. This can cause huge confusion. So we need to manually ad an Information Box to the Event: Take care, this date is at this location... SOLUTION: Ad the Location Information in to the DropDown of the Ticket Checkout Process.... - 1Waiting list, limt time to confirmIt would be very useful if people had a limited time to confirm their attendance if they are the next one on the waiting list. What happens now is that if a person is next in line, they get an email to confirm, but if they don't confirm, that spot is lost. We would like that spot to go to the next person in line if they don't answer within a certain timeframe.
- 1Ability to add tracking code or integrate with Facebook PixelThe ability to add a code (UTM, Facebook Pixel, etc) on the registration form would be useful so we can track campaigns being sent to these events, otherwise, we are wasting money on the campaign and have no true insight on how it is performing. Another idea would be to be able to add a Facebook Pixel integration.
- 1Edited Events Require ReviewWe would like the change to review an edited event before it is published. Currently, once you approve an event, any changes made to the event by the user are applied without going into pending mode. This could lead to a lot of inappropriate things being shown in the calendar.

- 1Add "Sold Out" to SEO Schema / Event StatusIt would be good to have the status "Sold Out" in the Event Status section. Previously I've been using the event labels to indicate when an event has sold out but it would be good to include this in the event status function. I find none of the other statuses are suitable when the event is sold out. That way it can be used on occurrences.
- 1Dynamic pricingThe ability to update the price depending on given functions. For instance, if the clients books up to 3 tickets it costs €60 per person, if they get 4 tickets it's €55 per person. If they buy 5 it's €49 per person, and if they get 6 or more, its €45 per person.
- 1Boolean for variations (yes/no instead of number)Currently, the user has to pick a number of "ticket variations" they want to add. Sometimes it isn't a matter of how many do you want, but do you want it or not. There is a workaround by limiting the number to a maximum of "1", but it isn't a very user-friendly solution. It would be good to simplify it by adding the option of this field being a yes/no boolean question, or a button to add the service. Rather than a number input.

It would be good to have it as an option for the customer, so they can decide wether they want to pay the full amount upfront, or they want to make a partial payment and then pay the rest on-site.

So, Webhooks (incoming and outgoing) and a REST API to create bookings in MEC and retrieve booking, event and client data etc from MEC are a must.

On single events we are already able to add the "Local Timezone", which is great but not showing the original timezone (or timezone of the event Host) can be confusing, especially if the visitor is traveling between timezones. - 0selectable group of Exceptional DaysAs we use repetitive Events. which don't take place during holidays, we would like to exclude a group of days (e.g. 15th to 28th) and save them with one single click. Today you can just pick a single day and add it via the button, thereafter pick the next date and add, and so on.... Therefore 30 consecutive excaeptional days require 60 clicks instead of 3 (first_date to last_date and add-button).
