Integrate ticket variations within booking form OR add booking form fields to ticket variations

We have added a “Dinner” as a $50 ticket variation to our upcoming conference. If people add on a dinner we need to know if they have any dietary restrictions, but if we add this field to the booking form it displays BEFORE the dinner field. It makes no sense!! We have to be able to add fields that are directly related to ticket variations immediately before/after that field.
