We absolutely do not have to display all of our fields on our booking forms. Many of them are directly related to responses to other input fields, & should only display conditionally depending on which option was selected in the previous field.
eg. Checkboxes: Do you have any dietary restrictions?: a) Vegetarian, b) Vegan, c) Other (enter restrictions below). Followed by Text: Let us know of any additional dietary restrictions (eg. allergies). The dietary restrictions field should only display conditionally IF they have chosen to attend the conference dinner, & the additional text field should only display conditionally IF they select c) Other.
