For a better management of bookings, it would be great to set custom admin fields. E.g. adding an additional status “confirmed” + “payed” (for us it’s not the same – confirmed = we accept the booking, payed = attendee paid the price)
Or adding a checklist like “received bill”, “course scripts were sent by post”, etc.
Or simply adding comments / admin notes to a booking with a timestamp.
