I would like to propose an improvement regarding how PDFs are generated at the time of booking.
At the moment, the PDF remains static and keeps the information exactly as it was at the time of purchase. However, in the events industry it is very common for details to change afterward (price, schedule, location, organizational notes). This means the PDF can quickly become outdated compared to the actual information stored in the system.
My question/request is:
Would it be possible to implement a feature that allows the PDF to update dynamically whenever important event details are modified?
This would make the system more flexible and ensure that customers always receive a document that is accurate and up to date, reducing errors and misunderstandings.
