new event notifications emails

Make e-mail notifications on new added event sending in some kind of intervals. It is annoying get 5 emails in one day because I added 5 new events. Make it depend on choosen time once a day. For example I add 5 new events and at 6pm will be all events sent via ONE email as a list of new events this day.
