Organise by tag or make speakers searchable before adding to schedule.

Currently – to add a speaker to hourly schedule (advanced Speaker Addon I think) – ALL the speakers show. This will soon become unmanageable (e.g. we will be having lists of more than 100 speakers). Many of the speakers are not relevant to specific events.
