I would highly suggest having more than 1 email reply templates for any event purchases. Having only 1 template unfortuantely is not efficient.
We have 2 different event classes, 1 paid and 1 free. Unfortuantely, we have to use the one event email template and add 2 notices for our paid event class and our free event class into the 1 email reply. (Not good visually for any customer)
If you can do this soon, hopefully we can use this new feature in the very near future and for your future customers as this would be INCREDIBLY IDEAL and more sufficient.
Your MEC Calendar literally has everything we need and was quite surprised when I received the reply that there’s no multiple reply templates for event class purchases.
Hopefully this feature can be added in your next update! 🤞🤞🤞👍
