This plugin works well except for RSVP process is too complicated for my front-end users to easily register for events due to the email verification steps. It would also require our team on the backend to verify each RSVP and that will be difficult to uphold and manage with a many users on the site. I thought the RSVP feature would be initiated by the users on the front end and easily saved to their events section on their profile page without having to leave the site to check their email, wait on our team to verify, and then also verify it themselves via a second email with a link. Our site is a social media platform and our users may find these extra steps cumbersome and it will also take them away from the site. Most of our users are on mobile and we need to have front-end submissions be automatically published and ready to go without backend verification or extra steps. Circle One is using the BuddyBoss platform and your MEC Integration. My team likes this RSVP addon, yet there’s too many steps in the verification process and requirements from our team to manage on the backend.
