Please add a “Send Payment Reminder” button within an individual booking when bank transfer has been selected and payment is still pending.
MEC already allows organizers to resend the booking confirmation for confirmed bookings. A similar option for unpaid bank transfer bookings would be very helpful.
Clicking the button should send a predefined, fully customizable payment reminder email to the customer. The template should support details such as bank account information, outstanding amount, payment reference and payment deadline.
At the moment, organizers have to manually identify unpaid bank transfer bookings and write each reminder email individually. This feature would make the workflow much more efficient, especially when handling many bookings.
