Recurring Eventsseries

I have a recurring weekly event that is used as a place marker in the calendar. Every week I update the next event to specify the content that will be covered in that event exclusively. I need to update the event title, slug, and featured image of a single event in a series. Your competitor, The Events Calendar, makes this possible by asking if the user wants to update a single occurrence or the entire series. If the user selects “update single occurrence” then that event is separated from the series and all updates are exclusive to that event, rather than the series which leaves future events in the series unaffected.
