The import/export zoom room sync integration is a very outdated method for using Zoom. We have demo’d three competitor event software that fully integrates, creates rooms, and two-way syncs all zoom details with events. This feature is a simple fix, and would allow the front end event presenter/creator to create a virtual event, synced with zoom without the need to create a zoom room and import the info for the event. With a team of presenters creating 30-50 events per week, the current method allows for LOTS of error and the opportunity for the zoom details to be incorrect. I’ve included a video of how other softwares integrate and what MEC should be doing.
